By accessing or purchasing from Maini’s Closet, you agree to the following terms:

Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, details, sizes and prices accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

Orders

Maini’s Closet reserves the right to confirm, cancel or refuse any order due to incorrect information, product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected misuse.

Customers must provide a correct name, phone number and complete delivery address.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders may be cancelled if the customer cannot be contacted or provides incomplete information.

Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed COD parcels may be restricted from placing future Cash on Delivery orders.

Cash on Delivery and Order Confirmation

To confirm a Cash on Delivery order, the customer must pay PKR 350 in advance through bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.

The advance payment will be adjusted against the total order amount. The remaining balance will be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Orders will not be processed or dispatched until the PKR 350 advance payment has been received and confirmed.

You should also decide whether this PKR 350 will be non-refundable if the customer cancels or refuses the parcel.

 

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled according to our published Return and Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for reviewing the policy before placing an order.

Website Use

You may not misuse this website, submit false orders, copy its content without permission or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Limitation of Responsibility

Maini’s Closet will not be responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by courier companies, incorrect customer information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. Continued use of the website after changes means that you accept the revised terms.
