How can I place an order?
Select your desired product, choose the correct size, add it to your cart and complete checkout.

How is a Cash on Delivery order confirmed?
For COD orders, PKR 350 must be paid in advance through bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash. This amount will be adjusted against the total order value.

How long does delivery take?
The estimated delivery time will be communicated after order confirmation. Courier delays may occur during holidays, sales or bad weather.

Can I return a product?
Yes. Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Who pays the return courier charges?
Return courier charges are paid by the customer.

How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash within 5–7 working days after inspection.
