Shipping Policy

Maini’s Closet delivers orders across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must pay PKR 350 in advance through bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash.

This amount will be adjusted against the total order value. The remaining amount will be paid in cash upon delivery.

Orders will only be processed and dispatched after the advance payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

We tried our best to delliver order through courier companies in 2 to 5 days .

 Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, bad weather or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide:

• Correct name and phone number
• Complete delivery address
• City and postal code, where applicable

Maini’s Closet will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared after the order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Courier delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Customers may contact Maini’s Closet through WhatsApp or email for assistance with delayed orders.
