Refund policy

At Maini’s Closet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

A product will only be accepted for return if it is:

• Unworn, unused and unwashed
• In 100% new and perfect condition
• Free from stains, perfume, damage or alterations
• Returned with original tags and packaging
• Accompanied by the order details or receipt

Products that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund.

Return Courier Charges

The customer is responsible for all return courier charges. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued through:

• Bank transfer
• Easypaisa
• JazzCash

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days after approval.
